Our brains lose knowledge the longer we leave things without revision after first learning them.
Retrieval practice is the act of trying to recall information without having it in front of you. In recent years, cognitive psychologists have been comparing retrieval practice with other methods of studying and what they’re finding is that nothing cements long-term learning as powerfully as retrieval practice.

Here at RevisePal, we thought to combine the increasing use of technology in the education sector and one of the most effective techniques of revision in just one app.

Many apps do provide lessons and content for learning, which is necessary, but revising and getting excellent grades is about much more than simply reading.

RevisePal is the platform for GCSE students to test themselves on the go frequently, which is a proven method to improve information retrieval in exam conditions. We have the proof!
